These proven solutions are based on the concept of providing flexible and quality driven services within a cost effective manner. The prime services being; Remote Processing and Business Re-Engineering.

Due to the ongoing success of the company and the growing demand from our existing and potential customers, we have decided to expand our Revenues and Benefits Processing operation into Middlesbrough.

Thus the following opportunities have arisen within the organisation, which are based at the Cleveland Business Centre in Middlesbrough, or Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester.

HOUSING BENEFITS ASSESSORS
Package up to £25K (dependant on experience)

COUNCIL TAX ASSESSORS
Package up to £23K (dependant on experience)

We are looking for experienced, keen individuals to be part of a successful team. You should be customer focused and highly motivated in delivering a quality service to our customers; the accuracy of processing, including verification and input, is essential.

A working knowledge of any of the major Revenues and Benefits computer systems; iWorld, Academy, IBS or Pericles is required. Experience in using a DIP/Workflow system would be useful, although training in this area will be provided.
