London Borough of Merton have contracted RB Solution to assist with the implementation of the Anite Pericles Revenues and Benefits system. RB Solution will provide on-site support to the implementation team in that the software application will be delivered in a quality driven environment.

London Borough of Newham have contracted RB Solution to deliver a training schedule in conjunction with the implementation of the Anite Pericles Revenues system. RB Solution will deliver on-site training for the Council Tax and NNDR applications to all the staff at Newham, in accordance with the LIVE operation of the systems.

Herefordshire Council contracted RB Solution to assist with the implementation of the Academy Revenues and Benefits system. RB Solution will provide on-site support to the implementation team in that the software application will be delivered in a quality driven environment. Further to the recent successful implementation of the Academy application, RB Solutions have been contracted to provide initially on-site benefits processing (to assist in the clearance of the backlog), which will in due course be processed from RB Solution Processing Centre in Ashton, and on-site refresher training and floorwalking.

Bracknell Forest Borough Council has contracted RB Solutions to assist with the implementation of the Anite Pericles Revenues and Benefits system. RB Solutions will provide on-site support to the implementation team in that the software application will be delivered in a quality driven environment. Further to the recent successful implementation of the Pericles application, RB Solutions have been contracted to provide initially on-site benefits processing (to assist in the clearance of the backlog), which will in due course be processed from RB Solutions Processing Centre in Ashton, also includes within this service is on-site refresher training and floorwalking.

Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council and Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to assist with the implementation of the Academy Revenues and Benefits system. Stevenage Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide initially on-site benefits processing (to assist in the clearance of the backlog from the implementation of the Anite Pericles Revenues and Benefits system), which will in due course be processed from RB Solutions Processing Centre in Ashton, also included within this service is a on-site refresher training and floorwalking.

Mid Bedfordshire District Council have contracted RB Solutions to deliver a data conversion service to transfer the Council Tax and Benefits data from the Northgate system to the IBS Open Revenues and Benefits system.

South Staffordshire Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing Service, to assist in the clearance of their backlog from the implementation of the Anite Pericles Revenues and Benefits system.

Bath and North East Somerset Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits and Council Tax Processing service, to assist in the clearance of the their backlog and on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

The London Borough of Islington and RB Solutions have entered into a 5 year partnership. This innovative model enables the London Borough of Islington to process their benefits claims by their benefits staff at RB Solutions processing centre in Ashton under Lyne, with the Management and IT Infrastructure serviced by RB Solutions.

Blyth Valley Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the clearance of the their backlog and on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

The London Borough of Barnet have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the clearance of the their backlog due to the recent successful implementation of the Anite Pericles system.

RB Solutions have recently launched a remote Revenues Processing service, based from our processing centre in Ashton, Manchester. This service is based on the same concept as our successful Benefits operation, in that the service offers quality and cost effective solution.

The London Borough of Barnet and Bath & North East Somerset have recently acquired this service to assist in the day to day administration and on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

London Borough of Merton have contracted RB Solution to provide a Project Management service to assist with the implementation of the IBS Open Revenues and Benefits system. RB Solutions will provide a Project Manager on-site who’s overall responsibility will be to manage the successful implementation of the application with the required time period, to the set budget within a quality driven environment.

Taunton Deane Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax Processing Service, to assist in the clearance of their backlog from the implementation of the IBS Open Revenues and Benefits system.

November 2006
North Wiltshire District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the with the on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

December 2006
Dover District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the clearance of the their backlog and on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

Southend on Sea Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the clearance of the current backlog on the HBIS system. Which will be followed by further processing on the backlog that the implementation of the Northgate iWorld system will create due to downtime.

City of Durham Council contracted RB Solutions to provide an Archiving solution for the Housing Management, Revenues & Benefits, Financial Management and Payroll systems. Within this service RB Solutions will archive all the required data from the old reality systems to the RB ARC system, which will be available to the user in real time on a view only basis.

Ceredigion County Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits and Council Tax Processing service, to assist in the clearance of their backlog on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

The London Borough of Redbridge, The London Borough of Newham and Blackpool Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in the clearance of their respective backlog's due to the recent successful implementations of the Anite Pericles systems.

Processing centre in Middlesborough opened. Due to the on-going success and growth of RB Solutions in conjunction with the continuous demand from our existing and potential customers, we have decided to expand our remote processing service for Revenues and Benefits by opening an office at the Cleveland Business Centre in Middlesbrough.

Basildon District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a Resilience Benefits Remote Processing service, which will include Benefits Appeals, Backdated Benefits Requests and a Quality Checking Service - in order to assist in the day to day administration and the on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

Stratford on Avon District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax Remote Processing Service, to assist in the clearance of their backlog and on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

IBS OPENSystems - a leading supplier of software solutions to Local Authorities & Housing Organisations throughout the UK - and RB Solutions have signed a partnership agreement. This allows RB Solutions to become a preferred partner for IBS OPENSystems' Revenues and Benefits Remote Processing services.

IBS OPENSystems will offer RB Solutions' Revenues and Benefits Remote Processing services to its Revenues and Benefits customers (about 75 Authorities) and to any new customers it acquires.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax Remote Processing Service, to assist with the clearance of their backlog caused by the recent flooding.

The London Borough of Islington have contracted RB Solution to provide a Project Management service for the implementation of the Local Housing Allowance within the Benefits section.

The London Borough of Enfield have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in their on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

Wakefield Metropolitan District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Benefits Processing service, to assist in their on-going improvement of meeting the Government BVPI targets.

London Borough of Barnet have contracted RB Solutions to assist with the goal of achieving a CPA score of 4 for the Benefits Service - RB Solutions will be providing a remote Benefits Processing and Training service.

Newcastle City Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax and Benefits Processing service - to be delivered within a 2 year framework agreement.

Leicester City Council have contracted RB Solutions in conjunction with IBS OPEN Systems to provide a remote Benefits Processing service - to be delivered within a 4 year framework agreement.

West Somerset Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax and Benefits Processing service - to be delivered within a 3 year framework agreement.

RB Solutions, a leading supplier of business improvement services to Revenues and Benefits departments, announced a partnership with IEG4 Limited. Under the partnership, RB Solutions will distribute IEG4's web-based application for processing claims for benefit. The online application enables residents, council officers, and agencies to process and report changes to benefit claims electronically. The intelligent online application replaces a thirty page hard copy form, and means that benefit departments will be able to automate processes and reduce the time spent re-keying claimant information.

Lewes District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a Council Tax Processing Service, to assist with the the day to day administration of the service.

Bracknell Forest Borough Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide assistance with their current LSVT project , in that RB Solutions will provide training and a dedicated team to transfer claims from Council Ownership to Private Ownership.

Basildon District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide a remote Council Tax and Benefits Processing service - to be delivered within a 3 year framework agreement.

April 2008
Due to the on-going success of Housing Benefits partnership between The London Borough of Islington and RB Solutions, this contract has been extended for a further 4 years.

Also due to this success, it has been agreed that partnership will be expanded to include additional services. These being Call Centre and the administration of Car Parking, which will be delivered under a 4 year agreement.

This will increase The London Borough Islington capacity to 100 employee's based within RB Solutions processing centre in Ashton under Lyne, with RB Solutions servicing the overall management, IT infrastructure and property management.

August 2008
Basildon District Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide them with an Remote Single Person Discount service in that we will be responsible for the decision making and processing of the SPD from data provided by Experian.

Since the launch of our Performance Management and Quality Assurance application in April 08, Newcastle City Council and East Riding Council have contracted RB Solutions to provide them with this system.
