Our primary focus is to maintain business as usual and to ensure that our customers continue to receive the high standards of service they currently receive, from people they know and trust.

We will be keeping the existing business name to underpin continuity of service during the transition into Serco. However, in time the whole business will be rebranded Serco to reflect its status as an integral part of the organisation.
