Archiving
RB Solutions have developed a user friendly windows based system, to allow an Authority to archive and easily access its Revenues and Benefits historic data. This archiving solution, RBARC, provides immediate and online access to historic information.
The software can be installed on a single dedicated PC, or can be installed on networked PC, providing access to a number of staff throughout the authority. It provides an easy to use application and even has extensive search facilities should the relevant account or claim numbers not be known. The application also has reporting facilities should you require and detailed management or analytical information from your archived data.
The system can be deployed onto a MS Access or MS SQL database.

The system can be accessed by any number of users to reference claim details and information, all in chronological order with the latest year first, with all the required information displayed on one user-friendly screen.

- Entry by Claim Reference or Person reference
- Displays claim details for each historic claim period
- All household member details
- All income details
- All Rental details
- All Council Tax liability details
- Displays entitlement/calculation details for each historic period
- Displays Payment details and history
- Displays Overpayment details and history
- Displays notepad entries
- Displays details of notification letters previously issued
Revenues
The system can be accessed by any number of users to reference past recovery in chronological order with the latest year first, with all the required detail displayed on one user-friendly screen.

- Displays all recoveries for all years
- Displays all liabilities for all years
- All Personal Notes
- All liability notes
- All recovery stages
- All court actions, dates, court codes, costs etc
- All Recovery Notes
- All Recovery Documents
- All persons for each recovery in case of joint liabilities
Users of RB ARC include Bassetlaw District Council, Gedling Borough Council, Gravesham Borough Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council.
